Nutritionist's Take
The 'Vitamin C 1000mg Per Serving' product by Shivay Herbals offers a robust dose of Vitamin C, which is well-regarded for its immune-boosting properties and role in collagen synthesis. The addition of rosehip and bioflavonoids enhances its antioxidant potential, further supporting overall health. The vegan formulation makes it suitable for those following plant-based diets. However, excessive Vitamin C intake can lead to gastrointestinal upset and should be approached with caution, particularly in individuals with specific health conditions or those pregnant or nursing. The quality of ingredients appears to be high, considering it is made in the UK. Overall, this product can be beneficial for enhancing immunity and energy levels, but consumers should consider their individual dietary needs and consult a healthcare professional when necessary.
