Many users commend the product for its power and effectiveness in lifting heavy objects, such as workbenches and doors, with ease, highlighting its capacity to support substantial weight safely according to the manufacturer's weight guidelines. Several reviews emphasize the versatility of these jacks, noting that they have found multiple uses beyond their original intent, from adjusting furniture to lifting crates for better ventilation. On the other hand, some customers have reported concerns regarding the product’s durability and Construction quality. A few users experienced issues with one jack failing to lift its intended load and breaking upon use, which raises questions about the reliability of the tool. Additionally, there were comments on the unfinished and sharp metal edges of the jacks, which posed a safety hazard while handling.
