Ready to use mortar for repairing masonry joints - no mixing required.
Bostik Express Pointing Mortar, Ready to Use, Weather Resistant, Colour: Grey, 310ml
**** The Bostik Express Pointing Mortar has garnered a mixed reception from customers, although there is a notable trend of positive feedback regarding its overall effectiveness and simplicity of application. Users have appreciated the product's performance when used for various restoration tasks such as repointing ridge tiles and filling unwanted holes. Customers have reported satisfactory results, often highlighting the end finish as "outstanding" when applied carefully. The mortar is noted for its mid-grey color, which many found to be a suitable match for their repair needs. Users have mentioned that the tube's design facilitates the application into narrow gaps, proving to be advantageous when working in challenging situations. However, it is essential to ensure that surfaces are clean and slightly damp for optimal results. On the downside, some have pointed out that the mortar can be hard to dispense from the tube, requiring significant effort, particularly with lower-quality caulking guns. A few users encountered difficulties regarding the product's texture, describing it as gritty and somewhat dry, which made it less user-friendly. Concerns also arose regarding the price point, with some feeling it's overly expensive for the amount provided. Overall, while the Bostik Express Pointing Mortar excels in performance and ease of use under the right conditions, potential buyers should be aware of the challenges concerning its Consistency and dispensing process. **
