I seem to hear a buzz/hum from the sub when not using. I notice it when on low/quiet volume. it's only when I switch off at socket does the noise stop
Resposta: You should not hear a sound. It seems the speaker could be picking up interference from another electrical source in the vicinity. Move the speaker and plug it into a different socket to see if that improves it. -
