Although several users appreciate its modern design and quality insulation that keeps drinks at optimal temperatures, there are notable concerns. Some buyers reported issues with the cup's durability, mentioning that parts like the bottom and lid became loose after a short period of use. Many customers expressed disappointment regarding the product’s resilience, outlining that while it appears visually appealing, it may not withstand regular use without breaking down.
