Resposta: No added sugar is not sugar free, it means they didn't add pure sugar but the product contains ingredients with sugar in them (like fruit juice). It's deliberately misleading. Also when companies say 'sugar free' it is often because they have swapped the sugar for artificial sweeteners which are usually worse. Look for sugar free with no added sweeteners. -
