Resposta: No, it is plug and play; just connect the USB receiver and start using it. -

Took out the box and put on charge, has been charging 4 hours and red charging light still on, how long to charge?
Resposta: 4 hours should do it it has old nokia type battery and holds charge long time -

How do you try and reconnect it? After a few weeks, it stopped connecting and the third light keeps flashing on any device.
Resposta: Shouldn't do that contact the manufacturer. -

How do you reset this item? My buttons are doing different to what there supposed to.
Resposta: Try unplugging the USB Bluetooth linking piece from your device, turning off and removing the battery from the keyboard for about 15 to 30 minutes. Reinstall the battery, reinsert the Bluetooth bit and turn on the keyboard and allow it to sync again. I have found that all the buttons don't necessarily work as the original remote but mostly do. To go back one step for example, press the right side button that has a mouse symbol. -

Help please how do go to a next video on YouTube using the keyboard? I know you can pause but want to go back to search on YouTube if you get what I mean.
Resposta: Just press esc on the left-hand side of the pad. It will make the YouTube video you are watching go small so you can then navigate the cursor to click onto search or next. -

Does it work with Sony Bravia TV?
Resposta: Only if the model supports Bluetooth. I have a non-recent Bravia TV but it lacks Bluetooth so not compatible. I do use it indirectly with the TV using a mini pc connected to the TV for PC functions. But it can't be used instead of the TV remote for password input/search, etc instead of the TV remote. -
