Resposta: They may. I have the XLT with carpets. Mine has hold downs for the factory floor mats. The Weathertech mats attach to the factory hold downs. If your truck doesn’t have the hold downs the mats may move around. -

Resposta: The different models fit specifically in different cars. I don't know about the W255, but a Google search makes it seem like they're made for a Toyota Camry. The Weather Tech site is really helpful to get the exact model of floor mat, it asks specific questions to help get the right one.
