The Rocky Eliminator Waterproof 400G Insulated Boot is a men's boot that is made in the USA and has a waterproof nylon upper. The boots are true to size and have passed the slip resistance rating. They have been used for work and have been rated highly for their waterproofing. However, quality control has gone down in the last decade according to one review. Size 1/2 up to wear two layers of socks. One reviewer did note that they run large. The boots also have an expected lifespan of 2 winters and are described as overpriced for what they are.
