I have a vintage Zeiss monocular scope with a mirror. Does this light clamp onto the mirror?

It is made to clamp onto the bottom of the microscope. The light can mount to any round shape that is smaller than the light itself using its 3 screws. Please note that without knowing the details of your scope I can't confirm if it will work for you or not.

Is this compatible with AmScope SE306R-PZ-E Stereo Microscope?

Yes, it is compatible with AmScope SE306R-PZ-E Stereo Microscope.

How many watts output does this lamp provide?

There is no information available on the wattage, but it is very bright and substantially brighter than a fluorescent microscope lamp.

What is the wavelength of light? 4100K or 3500K?

It has a wavelength of 4100K or higher, and is not yellow at all.

I have an AmScope T490B microscope. Will this fit?

No, it will not fit the T-940D. The light source will fit up to a 62mm diameter microscope.

Would this work for shooting videos?

It could work, but it depends on your specific setup. The most important issue is using the correct interface between your camera and scope. AmScope eyepiece cameras come with the appropriate interface for the two most common eyepiece diameters. If using a more generic camera, an aftermarket interface will be necessary. A software package for video with the drivers for your operating system is also needed.

I will be taking this light back to the UK. Is it compatible with the electricity there?

Yes, it is compatible with the electricity in the UK, which has a standard voltage of 230V. Please note, however, that the product has a Type A plug and you may need a power adapter as UK's standard is Type G.

Is this compatible with Scienscope ELZ-300?

The light source will fit up to a 62mm diameter microscope. If the Scienscope ELZ-300 scope has a typical microscope bottom and is less than 62mm in diameter it should most likely fit. The light source comes with a threaded adapter ring as well for mounting to some scopes.

Can you compare this to more expensive ones like Ardinbir Studio Camera 500W Macro Ring Light for Canon? Is this as efficient as more expensive ones?

There is no comparison available with the mentioned product. However, this LED Ring Light is as efficient as any other LED ring light, and provides plenty of brightness. Though the inside diameter is smaller than advertised, and it might not fit all kinds of microscopes.
