While The Face Pencil - Shade 5 is primarily designed for highlighting and concealing, it can also be incorporated into contouring routines. To enhance longevity, pairing it with a setting spray or powder after application can help lock the pencil in place, ensuring your makeup looks fresh longer.

Can I use The Face Pencil - Shade 5 as an eyeshadow?

Absolutely! The Face Pencil - Shade 5 doubles as an eyeshadow crayon, making it a convenient choice for quick makeup applications. Its pigmented formula offers full color payoff when applied directly to the eyelids and can be blended out for a softer look. It’s perfect for on-the-go touch-ups or when you want to simplify your makeup routine.

How can I choose the right shade of The Face Pencil?

Selecting the right shade of The Face Pencil is crucial for achieving a natural look. Shade 5 is typically suited for medium to olive skin tones. Jones Road Concealers & Neutralizers Editorial Review

Jones Road The Face Pencil - Shade 5 offers buildable coverage with anti-redness properties, ideal for addressing dark circles and blemishes. Users appreciate its ability to stay in place throughout the day; however, some mention the need to use a large sharpener, which can lead to color waste if sharpened too aggressively. The overall sentiment praises the product for its natural finish, and despite opinions on its size, many find it effective for various skin issues. Be aware that the pencil size may feel small for some, but the coverage it provides makes it a popular choice for daily use.
