There are two part numbers for this printer, one with an internal rewind and the other without it. BarCodeFactory is the seller and they have both versions of the printer in stock. The printer is compatible with software made for the H-Class printers, but it is recommended to match the printer's resolution with the software. Overall, customers seem to be satisfied with the printer and the customer service provided by the seller, BarCodeFactory, who is a Honeywell Platinum partner and a tech and repair center for Honeywell products.
