Nutritionist's Take
Invisalign Cleaning Crystals+, mint, are designed to clean Invisalign aligners effectively, but they do not offer nutritional benefits per se. The crystals help maintain oral hygiene by removing plaque and preventing discoloration. However, some consumers may have concerns regarding the ingredient quality, as the formulation may contain chemicals that could irritate sensitive gums or result in allergic reactions in some individuals. It is essential for those with specific dietary restrictions or allergies to read ingredient labels carefully. Overall, while these cleaning crystals serve a functional purpose in dental care, they are not a health supplement and should not replace regular oral hygiene practices. Nutritionists generally recommend being cautious with any product that comes in contact with oral health devices to ensure it aligns with one's overall health objectives and dietary needs.
