    Resposta: Mine came with a blow-molded case. The name printed on the face of the tool was not 'Lang'. When I asked the seller the response was that the company had been sold to the new company, who then put their name of the face plate. The tool seems like very good quality.

    Resposta: China. I'd rate the quality of the item as somewhat better than average but it's not the top-of-the-line tool. The gauge seems to work just fine.
