It is compatible with an X-Kettle and X-Mug for a complete outdoor coffee kit. The mesh filter allows too much coffee grounds through, and the water passes too quickly, making it challenging to control the strength of the coffee. It is suggested to use a paper filter instead of the mesh, which solves the problem. The product is well-made, lightweight, and easy to use and clean. However, the strainer screen pops out when collapsing the cup, and it's not easy to put back in place. Cleaning the grounds is also difficult, and it requires the coffee dripper to be taken apart. Customers generally like the product for its size and capacity, but some find the price steep.
