Customers have praised the improved view through the lens. However, one customer noted that the back headgear will slide up and can become uncomfortable. Although the helmet's internal and external parts are replaceable, one customer experienced a cracked shell (costing $70 to replace), making the helmet unsuitable for commercial welders.
