Guitar Aerobics is an excellent workout program for any guitarist who wants to improve their technique. The exercises provided in the book are challenging and well thought-out. Troy Nelson presents a 52-week, one-lick-per-day plan that guarantees to develop, improve, and maintain guitar skills. Regardless of your playing ability, there's something to learn in this book. Even those who have been playing for over twenty-five years found it extremely helpful. Most exercises are tailored towards electric guitar players, but this doesn’t mean that acoustic guitar players should keep off the program. The book has a unique 16-digit code on the first page that provides you with access to the audio recordings. If you don’t want to log in to the website every day, it’s possible to download all the audio tracks at once. The coiled spiral binding is an added advantage, helping the user to keep the book flat on a music stand. Still, some users find the audio tracks not available in the Kindle version. In summary, Guitar Aerobics 52-week program is one of the best guitar technique books available in the market. It helps build up your finger movements and makes your wrist stronger. The book can serve as a worthwhile addition to any personal guitar practice routine regardless of the skill level.
