The Dynarex 75785 Disposable Scalpels have received mixed reviews from customers. They advise users to be cautious and cut slowly and shallowly to prevent bleeding. Another customer found them great for popping abscesses. However, another user was dissatisfied with the sharpness of the blades, stating that they were not sharp enough for trimming hairs. This was their third attempt at purchasing a sharp instrument for this purpose, and they will not be buying this item again.
