The size chart is accurate and if you are 6'0'' tall and 200 lbs., then size 5 would be a good fit after shrinking in the wash. The top has two inside ties on each side to help keep it in place. It also has half sizes which are slightly bigger but not by much, only a one-inch difference. In terms of customer reviews, there are positive and negative ones. Some customers reported that the uniform fits great, is good quality, and true to size. However, one customer reported that the material looks old and more like an off-white, and the gi gets fuzzy easily. Another customer reported that the pants were extremely tight and they had to take the elastic out and sew them back together.
