The Blackburn Big Switch 15 Functions Bike Multi-Tool has been well-received by customers who have found it to be a handy, well-designed tool that is great value for money. It covers all the basics needed, including all the necessary allen and torx wrenches, a chain breaker, a presta valve remover, a spoke wrench and a disc brake spreader. The handle system provides plenty of leverage, making it useful for those hard-to-reach bolts. However, some customers have found issues with the tool, including the proprietary bits that cannot be used with other levers, a heavy weight, and a poorly designed pouch that doesn't close well, ultimately leading to lost parts. The chain breaker has also failed for some customers on their first use, and there have been instances of the metal twisting on some of the wrenches. The kit is also missing a phillips screw head, but this issue may be becoming less relevant as more bikes switch to allen heads. Despite these drawbacks, the Blackburn Big Switch 15 Functions Bike Multi-Tool is still a useful piece of kit for repairing bikes on the trails.
