The Mantis Laser Academy - Standard Training Kit is a handy tool for shooters looking to improve their accuracy and skills. The laser cartridge fits into the chamber of a firearm and is activated by the firing pin, allowing users to practice their shooting without the need for live ammunition. The accompanying app records and provides feedback on shot placement, helping users make adjustments to their grip and sight alignment. The kit includes everything needed to get started, and setup is quick and easy. This training kit has received mixed reviews from customers. Many users have praised its effectiveness in providing visual feedback and helping improve accuracy. They appreciate being able to see their misses and make necessary adjustments to their technique. Some have noticed a small improvement in their pistol accuracy at further distances. Users also find the different targets and exercises provided in the app to be fun and engaging. However, there are some negative reviews regarding the product's performance and value for money. Some customers have had difficulty setting up the system, as it requires specific lighting conditions and a blank wall. They have found that the product fails to recognize the targets even after following the instructions. There have also been complaints about the quality of the equipment, with some customers feeling that it is cheaply made Considering the price. The app has received criticism for a majority of the drills being behind a paywall, requiring an additional purchase. Overall, the Mantis Laser Academy - Standard Training Kit can be a helpful tool for shooters looking to practice and improve their skills.
