If you plan on using it for sweet dough recipes, it is designed to be used for those types of recipes. The yeast seems to work well when recipes don't specify a lot of sugar as well. The package doesn't come with small packets, so the customer should store the yeast in an airtight container if they plan to use it all. A solution to not having bought a container is to use a zip lock bag to keep the yeast fresh. Another thing to keep in mind is that the yeast requires sugar in some form. So, if the customer doesn't want to use actual granulated sugar, they can substitute honey or molasses syrup. The yeast is plain, with no additives.
