The holes for screws and thumb-screws are not adequately sized, making assembly quite finicky. Additionally, there is no support for SSD modules, and the PoE hat needs a micro USB for power as well. The fans installed by default are loud and poorly put together with ball bearings that wear down easily. Despite these flaws, the product works as advertised and has a compact design that looks clean in a rack. In terms of customer support, the responses are prompt and helpful.
