The Pleasant Hearth Kettle Steamer is a great addition to any wood burning stove setup. It is made of cast iron and is around 10" in width x 8" in depth x 9.5" in height. It holds up to 2 litres of water, which helps to humidify the air in dry winters. The product is easy to use, just rub it down with cooking oil and bake it in the oven for about 2 hours before putting it on the stove. The kettle is large enough to allow for less filling, making it more convenient for users. The only downside is that it may rust after being filled with water, but this is easily solved with some oil. Most reviews have not reported any weird smell coming from the kettle.
