However, some customers have had difficulties in mapping a network drive, and some people have had issues with the software suite that comes with the device. Also, some people find the machine too pricey for what it offers. Some customers complain about the machine being almost impossible to configure, while others say that its CPU architecture is highly restrictive, which hinders streaming videos, running apps, or using programs actively.
