While I really like the glasses and find them comfortable I have not noticed that they help in reading the monitors themselves.

    Resposta: I find that these block a great deal of the blue as far as percentage I couldn't tell you. I do know there is less eye stress and because I work on computers everyday for multiole hours I have noticed a huge difference. Hope this helps.

    Resposta: I use mine a lot and no scratches so far! I wouldn't say they are completely scratch resistant, but I do wear them ALL THE TIME, and have even dropped them a time or two (or more), and I have to say, they have not had any major scratches on them.

    Resposta: No idea. Scientifically, I can’t say they do block light but I do know the whites are yellow looking through the lenses.
