The RockyMounts SwitchHitter Bike Rack has received positive customer feedback. It is a sturdy rack that is easy to install and offers interchangeable sleeves for quickly changing between different axle sizes, which makes it easy to use with different bikes. Users appreciated the built-in lock of the rack. However, some customers reported issues with the length of the rack, which doesn't allow for the opening of the hatchback. The integrated lock cable is not seen as a deterrent to theft. It would be better to have a locking thru axle. The instructions included with the rack are not very helpful, so you may have to look online for better guidance. The rack works well and adapts to a variety of fork and Thru Axle options. The build quality is decent.
