The ring and caps are one directional, and you must install them facing the correct way. Some wish that the width and height were options, or they would offer a height extension ring. One buyer returned it as they thought it was too small and that the pipes would be cramped. Overall, this is a product that is simple and functional, perfect for replacing a concrete box and made of durable material that is sure to last longer.
