Resposta: No it does not it only comes with reeds gaskets and stickers sadly -

Resposta: I have used several different V-Force reed valves and they all have come assembled with the reed petals and includes a gasket. They don't come with the intake adapter to the reed system shown in this picture. Your stock one should would fine. All of them have increased power noticeably over stock.
