Zymöl Factory Original Carbon Wax is a great car wax that applies easily and smells nice due to its natural ingredients. The package and application remind the user of a refined kit car wax for clear coats. The wax is made of natural oils applied to the surface of the car that turns into a wax during the curing process. The Zymöl went on without a problem, which must be attributed to the preparation process. Before application, it is recommended to use the Zymöl HD cleanser, which is the same Montan oil cleaner used to prepare for specialty waxes and glazes that cost more. The Carbon Wax does not adhere to itself, so a second coat is necessary to be sure of full coverage. The product lasts 2-3 months, which is typical of carnauba waxes. It can be maintained with a simple "wash and wax". The wax won't stain rubber surfaces and is easy to remove, needing only a terry cloth. A negative aspect is that there is no applicator included even though it costs $50.
