The blocks are very easy to handle and make a lovely gift for a baby shower. The shapes are loose in the container and are small enough for the baby to hold, but too large for them to fit into their mouth. The products are evaluated to meet safety standards, although it's unclear whether the blocks are lead-free or BPA-free. Some parents were disappointed that the lid didn't click into place.
