Resposta: The zipper on the inner side of the boot is how you get in and out of it. The one on the outside is just for show. These boots are awesome. Perfect every day shoe. -

Resposta: I wear between a size 7.5 sometimes size 8 on shoes. Go with whatever size tennis shoe you wear. True to size. -

I wear 8.5 wide shoe in boots I sometimes wear size 9 . Should I order size 9 to be on safe side or something larger?
Resposta: The boots are pretty wide for me but I don't usually wear a wide. The brown boots I ordered came wider than the black ones did. Might be a manufacturing issue. If you go with a 9 you will definitely have extra room in the toe. -

Resposta: I wouldn't call them slip resistant. They have grips at the bottom, but don't go running on ice. I have worn them in the snow & felt secure, but still always good to be cautious. -
