Resposta: The best way to clean the surface of Sophie the giraffe is with a damp cloth and soapy water, while covering the squeaker hole to ensure water does not get inside. We do not recommend rinsing/immersing her with water as she may become damaged. Do NOT sterilize, boil, or put in the dishwasher. This information is also stated on the product packaging!
