It fits different bolt patterns for both winch and fairlead making it easier for users to customize as per their needs. It is well-built, and the craftsmanship is impressive. Some customers had to enlarge the mounting holes or drill additional holes to fit their winch, but it caused no problems in aligning the mount with the holes in their winch baseplate.
