The cardio caps provided go off easily if you exhale hardly, so it is recommended to use them in pools only, so you do not lose them. Customers have reported issues with fitting as the head support piece is too small for some heads, and the straps can be too tight for comfort. The headband has also been reported to break easily. However, customers do recommend this product as a life-changing purchase for those recovering from surgery and for practicing swimming, coach approved.
