This is thanks to the innovative Scotts Secure Nutrients technology, which coats and preserves the essential nutrients until your turf needs them. The result? A well-fed lawn for up to 6 months. No matter what type of grass you have, Scotts Turf Builder UltraFeed is suitable for all grass types. For warm-season grass types, simply apply to a wet or dry lawn in the spring to early summer.

For cool-season grass types, apply in either the spring or fall. Applying Scotts Turf Builder UltraFeed is easy with a Scotts spreader. For broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 5 ½ for the Ultrafeed rate or 3 ¾ for the regular rate. Drop spreaders require a setting of 12 for the Ultrafeed rate or 9 ¼ for the regular rate.

If you're using the Scotts Wizz, set it to 5 ½ for the Ultrafeed rate or 4 for the regular rate. For best results, lightly water in the fertilizer after application. Each 20 lb. bag of Scotts Turf Builder UltraFeed covers an impressive 8,889 sq.
