    Resposta: That's what we used it for, but would recommend using sheets of parchment top and bottom to prevent sticking.

    Resposta: I take ground beef and season it and then break into pieces about the size of the press, then press into the bottom of the press and use the top with the handle to flatten. (like a mold). Then cook the mini burgers.

    Resposta: We did not use wax paper. We made 288 sliders for a wedding reception and this helped knock them out fast! We didn't have any problem with meat sticking to the press.
