Resposta: We've had 3 that happened to. For some reason, after a month or so the head starts revolving and then a bit later makes a loud rumbling. Usage isn't even that heavy. One the head stopped vibrating but his body kept going! Sure don't last even with light use, like it's timed to fail in 60 days. -
