The adaptor fits all filters with an early small block, not smaller metric. Its housing has the same outside diameter as oil filters. The holes of the adaptor are one feed and the other one is a return. It has a 1/2-inch NPT line ports. The quality of the product is good, and it looks neat, with no sharp edges. It has been used for a lawn mower application and installed in cars like the 1989 Corvette 350 SBC and Duramax. However, it seems that the product doesn't fit the 1990 454ss.
