    Resposta: Yes it will help. My horse had to have surgery to remove a tooth and was very sensitive. I used a hackamore for a while and then went to this bit. Now I am back to my regular steel bits.

    Resposta: If you will look into u tube Barry Hook (Horsedrawnpromotions.net) you will get a first hand exposure of the rubber bit, I use it on a mule, green and he resonds better than anything I have ever used. You can take a hold of them and ask them to do whatever and not cause any pain. They like the way it feels and my mule actually arches his neck. not easy for a mule. Will never use anything else.

    Resposta: Kelly, Depends on the level, but Loose Ring snaffles and Eggbutt Snaffles are most popular.

    Resposta: You can bend it almost halfway more flexible compared to a happy mouth but not flimsy like black rubbers I've seen. The mouth piece is very thick.

    Resposta: IT WAS SUPPOWED TO BE 5.5' BUT IT WAS ONLY 5'. VERY DISSAPPOINTING.

    Resposta: All rubber. Great for my overly sensitive Hanoverian.
