- A simple bell design is great for a variety of occasions. Use The Bells Flexipan from Sasa Demarle to create an elegant bell pastry design for a wedding engagement. Made out of food grade silicone and fiber glass it has excellent non-stick and non-slip properties, insuring your desserts will come out perfect each time. Flexipan's give pastries a professional appearance by cooking desserts to an even golden brown while giving them as shiny and smooth appearance. This is an excellent quality for both residential and commercial kitchens. The Bells Flexipan comes with 15 indents, each measuring 3.62 x 4 with a 1.12 depth and 4.39 oz. capacity, the entire tray is 18 x 26. When washed and used correctly this mold should last between 2,000 to 3,000 bakes. After baking or freezing your food products you'll need to demold them. This is a simple process that can be done simply by bending the mold around the jellied or frozen dessert, for baked items simply turn the pan upside down.
