Resposta: It is suppose to keep the ferret from wanting to back up into the corner, but I found it not that effective. It is better to just put another potty in the corner. Ferrets will choose the corners they like the best then eliminate the extra potty. -

What are the dimensions of each spring? (How far will they extend to?)
Resposta: The spring itself, unstretched, is 5 inches long. The clips on both ends, that allow you to slip to the cage wires, adds another 1 1/2. So they are a total of 6 1/2 inches long unstretched.
