The Baking Pan Rectangular is a heavy-duty ceramic pan that can hold up to 4 quarts of food. It can be used for baking cakes, lasagna, and other dishes that require a baking tray. The pan is freezer safe, but sudden changes in temperature must be avoided. It performs best at a temperature of 400℉~430℉ degrees and is incredibly durable. However, it should not be used at a temperature above 500℉. This baking dish does not come with a lid and is a little hard to stack. Customer Feedback: - Perfect for cooking and serving. Lovely. Get compliments every time I use it. - I LOVE this casserole dish!! I liked the size, the way it looks, ease of use, and ease of cleaning. However, it's not durable. It shattered into pieces after using it several times. - Lasagna noodles fit perfectly with one at the end (meaning across). It's beautiful and not heavy. Dishwasher safe. I spray it with cooking spray for easy cleanup. - Really pretty platter. Heavy. But compared to Home Goods was expensive. But worth it- I love it. - I was pleased with the price of this "broiler-rated" baking dish, compared to the fancy label one that was over $100, but when it arrived I was disappointed.
