How do I set up the mouse trap?
Answer: Simply press the tail of the mouse trap with your hands to set it up. -

Answer: The trigger plate may be jammed. Try removing the bait holder while keeping the trap upright. If the locking bar is broken or greasy, clean it with cotton buds. The instructions for reinserting the bait holder are tricky. -

Answer: These traps may not be sensitive enough. Try using a bait that forces the rodent to exert enough force to trigger the trap, such as crunchy peanut butter. -

How do I open the bait cup? It says to turn it to the left but I am unable to twist it.
Answer: The bait cup is not removable. There is nothing to twist. Simply press the flap to open the trap, fill the cup with bait, and place it where the mice are suspected to run. -

Why is the advertising showing a gerbil?
Answer: The advertising may not have a picture of a mouse available. Peanut butter bait is effective in catching mice. -

How long should I wait until I can plug holes with wire wool?
Answer: You can plug the holes when you set the traps to prevent more mice from coming in. Cover air bricks with mesh and clear debris to reduce mouse entry points. -

Mice have cleaned out two of my traps without triggering the snap. Has this happened to anyone else?
Answer: It may be due to the bait. Make sure it is sticky to require enough force for the trap to trigger. Crunchy peanut butter is recommended. -
