- PROFESSIONAL - Our epoxy resin system 'Epox200G + hardener 15L' is a system for hand lamination for vacuum infusion, fiber wrapping and other processes.
- EXCELLENT PROPERTIES - very low viscosity, free of alkylphenols and benzyl alcohol, the resin component is based on bisphenol A/F and is therefore absolutely crystal resistant, solvent and filler free and has high static and dynamic strengths
- EINFACHE VERWENDUNG - Das Mischverhältnis 100Teile / 30Teile (100Teile Harz / 30Teile Härter) nach Gewicht mischen! Eine Härtung ist ab 10°C möglich, wir empfehlen aber eine Warmhärtung bei 40°C über mind. 12 Stunden durchzuführen. Die Verarbeitungszeit beträgt ca. 30 min.
- BEEINDRUCKEND ERGEBNISSE - Erhalten Sie, bei diesen Verwendungsmöglichkeiten - Vakuuminfusion (RI), Vakuumpressen, Nasspressen, RTM (resin transfer moulding), Faserwickeln, Handlaminieren
- INDIVIDUELLE VERARBEITUNGSZEIT - Unser Epoxidharz 200G gibt es mit den Härten 15L (ca. 30min. Verarbeitungszeit) und 120L (ca. 120min. Verarbeitungszeit) die Härter sind in jedem Mischungsverhältnis miteinander mischbar, somit können Sie die Topfzeit variabel einstellen (siehe technisches Datenblatt). Das Mischungsverhältnis bleibt bei 100:30 Gewichtsteilen.
