The Studio Designs Vintage Drafting Table is an adjustable table with a tilting table top that can be adjusted to several angles. It is not recommended for sewing as it may not be sturdy enough to handle the pushing and pulling of fabric. The sides of the table are approximately 3/4 inch deep and do not obstruct any impediments underneath. It is made of solid hardwood with a rustic aged oak finish. The table top does not fold up completely out of the way when at 80 degrees. The table is sturdy and does not wobble or move while drawing. The Studio Designs Vintage Drafting Table looks great and is easy to assemble with well-illustrated instructions. It does require a Phillips screwdriver, but Allen wrenches are provided. Some customers reported poor packaging of the product leading to damage upon receipt. The table comes with a bar to hold pencils and rulers in place.
