Answer: The red and black wires are the two hot wires and the green wire is the ground wire. Please have a licensed electrician wire the unit to the 220V source. -

Can I use my copper-bottom Revereware pots on this stove top? What is the difference between induction and electric?
Answer: Yes, you can use any metal pot on this electric cooktop. This is not an induction model. The only requirement is that the pan has a flat surface to fully contact the cooktop. -

Answer: In general, it should work with most cookware types. The only requirement is that the pan has a flat surface to prevent rocking during heat transfer, which could damage the cooktop. -

Our old cooktop does not have a green wire. Can the green wire be connected to our white wire?
