Answer: Contact Weatherguard. Or a hardware store has thin rubber sheets you could cut to fit. -

Answer: I have a 127 tool box. I just looked up what these fit and your 137 is one that is included. I tried some from an auto parts store and they were no good for the box. I ordered these and they were well worth the money.
