The New England Arbors Bolt Down Bracket Kit for Pergolas is a useful product if you are looking for a secure way to anchor your arbor or pergola. The kit Consists of four brackets and can be used on any arbor or pergola that has a 5x5 post. However, it is not ideal for use on brick or concrete blocks as they do not provide enough solid material to hold the anchor. Cementing the wooden post into the ground is instead recommended, with the thickness of the concrete being 3-4" thick. It should be noted that the product does not come with a wind rating.
