REED Instruments Moisture Meters Editorial Review
The REED Instruments R6015 Wood Moisture Meter is a reliable and affordable device that is made in the USA. It comes with a calibration certificate, which is important to ensure accurate measurements. However, some customers have reported not receiving this certificate. The device is designed to measure moisture in wood and should not be used on stucco walls as it may damage the pins. The calibration of the device is a basic estimate, and it may not provide entirely accurate readings. However, it can be used to determine if the wood has acclimated over time.
